For the people of Curitiba, the work model is hybrid. The team meets once a week to work in person.
Our employees receive a monthly allowance, working remotely or hybrid.
A well-deserved break to celebrate birthdays. We offer one day in the birthday month for the person to schedule a day off.
At the end of the year, the team gets a collective break period between Christmas and New Year. The number of days varies according to the year and is informed to the team in advance.
For each year worked, our team is entitled to 10 (ten) paid days off. The days are scheduled in advance and agreed with the managers of each area.
